O Sound Waves Fest é um festival cashless, poderás trocar o teu dinheiro fisico por um cartão dentro do recinto, ou pagar com o teu cartão multibanco ou mbway diretamente no bar. 

Zona de restauração e lojas sem ser do merch oficial são pagos conforme os métodos de pagamento da foodtruck / loja

Sound Waves Fest is a cashless festival, you can exchange your physical money for a card inside the venue, or pay with your bank card or mbway directly at the bar.

Food Court ans shops, excluding official merchandise, are paid according to the payment methods of the food trucks or shops.

5 - Entradas e saídas do Recinto / Entrances and exits in the festival 
Podes entrar a primeira vez no recinto á hora que pretenderes, caso entres antes das 22h podes sair 1 vez, terás é de entrar até ás 22:00h !

Com o Regular ticket podes sair apenas 1 vez com entrada obrigatória até às 22h. Com o Stage ticket podes entrar e sair as vezes que quiseres

You can enter the venue for the first time at any time you want, if you enter before 10pm you can leave once, you have to enter by 10pm!

With the Regular ticket you can only go out once with mandatory entry until 10pm. With the Stage ticket you can come and go as many times as you want.

6- Cashless

O cartão e o carregamento do crédito do cartão serão válidos para todos os Sound Waves Winter Edition e Sound Waves Fest.

O cartão não é reembolsável nem aceitamos cartões devolvidos.

The card and credit top-up will be valid for all Sound Waves Winter Edition and Sound Waves Fest.

The card is non-refundable and we do not accept returned cards.

7- Artigos proibidos / Prohibited items
Powerbanks (Há Powerbank station no recinto), Objetos perigosos (facas, qualquer tipo de armas, entre outros); cadeiras de qualquer tipo, malas de viagem, lanternas, lazers ou holofotes; material explosivo ou pirotécnico, armas de fogo, armas brancas; garrafas de plástico; qualquer tipo de bebida; máquinas fotográficas ou de vídeo profissionais; gravadores de som; chapéus-de-chuva, capacetes e selfie sticks; objetos de vidro (garrafas, perfumes, entre outros); qualquer objeto arremessável; comida; skates; drones; estupefacientes e restante parafernália; animais de estimação (exceto cães-guia); seringas; artigos com mensagens xenófobas ou de incentivo à violência; outros objetos cuja natureza ou configuração possam ser considerados perigosos ou nocivos.

8- Itens Permitidos / Allowed Items

Perfumes e desodorizantes sem ser de vidro e sem ser de spray (permitido roll on com ambalagem de plástico), chapéus, óculos de sol, leques, mochilas pequenas, toalhetes, bandeiras, chupas.

Perfumes and deodorants that are not made of glass or sprays (roll-on bottles in plastic packaging are permitted), hats, sunglasses, fans, small backpacks, wipes, flags, lollipops.

9- Existirão pontos de comida e bebida no recinto? / Will there be food and drink points on site?
No recinto existirá uma food zone e também terá bares espalhados por todo o festival.
There will be a food zone at the venue and there will also be bars spread throughout the festival.

10 - Existirá bengaleiro no recinto? / There will be a cloakroom on site?
Sim, no recinto existirá um bengaleiro onde podes deixar casacos e camisolas.

Não, é proibida a entrada com comida ou bebida para dentro do festival.

12- Infos Stage ticket
Direciona-te á entrada stage, na picagem do bilhete será te entregue uma pulseira stage .

Quem é portador do upgrade stage tem de se direcionar á entrada stage e apresentar o bilhete geral juntamente com o stage ticket

Head to the "Stage" entrance; upon ticket scanning, you will be given a "Stage" wristband.

Holders of the "Stage" upgrade must go to the "Stage" entrance and present both their general admission ticket and the "Stage" ticket.

13 - Existe merchandising no recinto? / Will there be merchandising on site?
Sim, existirá uma loja de merchandising do festival dentro do recinto.

15 -O que acontece se eu perder alguma coisa no festival ? / What happens if I lose something at the festival ?

Os objetos encontrados serão entregues no balcão do Cashless, onde estarão disponíveis para retirada até o final da sessão.No dia 6 de Julho, todos os objetos não reclamados serão entregues na Delegacia da Polícia de Esmoriz.

The objects found will be delivered to the Cashless Point, where they will be available for collection until the end of the event. On July 6th, all unclaimed objects will be delivered to the Esmoriz Police Station.

18- A organização não se responsabiliza por burlas e bilhetes vendidos em plataformas não oficiais

By Car: it’s a 28km drive from Porto, 30 minutes circa up to Estádio da Barrinha, Esmoriz, Portugal
(GPS: X944+XV Esmoriz).
By Metro > Train:
- Metro Aeroporto Francisco Sá Carneiro (Porto) Line E > Trindade Station (Porto)
- Metro Trindade Line D (Porto) > Station General Torres (Gaia)
- Train General Torres Station (Gaia) > Esmoriz Station > Walk > Festival
By Train: For the Porto>Esmoriz route, the train (CP) is the quickest, cheapest and easiest direct
option, taking around 30 to 40 minutes.
